I spoke to a lovely lady yesterday afternoon,  who helped me pick the right boot and size for my broken toe, it arrived this morning,  already feeling the difference,  great local company,  fantastic customer service and second to none postage times! I ordered a Darco Medsurg Shoe to help with my recovery following an orthopaedic procedure to fuse my big toe. The shoe has allowed me some relief from wearing an enclosed shoe which after a while starts to irritate the surgical area.

Great service and very quick delivery from V-M Orthotics. I now have two Darco boots. They are perfect for my swollen ankle post surgery (one for inside and the other for outside use).  so easy to get in and out of with the Velcro. I simply could not have done without them. The hospital that performed my surgery had loads of shoes, sadly, all L or XL, my local podiatrist was the same. Hence, had to seek a size S so I didn't trip. Amazing service, ordered surgical shoe Tuesday afternoon, arrived next day, Wednesday!! Also, genuine FREE delivery, not any of this 'order £75 rubbish and get it free'! Also, they treat Northern Ireland as part of the UK, not like some competitors whose postage charge was ridiculous. I was in a hurry to receive a toe alignment splint as I was going on holiday the next afternoon. I had the privilege of discussing the issue with Karin and was doubtful I could receive anything in time.  This lady is a miracle maker and made it all happen. The shoe was suitable for what I wanted it for , I m a size 7 and I could have done with a bigger size than the L
